Solomon was very accommodating when more problems were found. He was so attentive and caringf. Every one was so pleasant. Again my experience at this dealership was very good.

No communication and not a thorough job

Was in for oil chg. I have the maintenance plan. Upon going to my vehicle I noticed numerous oil smudge marks and oil hand prints. Megan my service advisor took care of the oil smudge marks. She was not happy that my vehicle was brought to me in that condition. I give 5 stars to Megan for taking care of the sloppy work by the oil change person.

I was promptly greeted by Solomon. He helped me use the app on my phone to get my free oil change.

We went to Kunes to look at a Buick Envision. It has been over 10 years since we bought a new car and we had a lot of questions. Nick P. spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions and familiarized us with the new technology. We decided to purchase the Envision, and Nick was able to find us one with the color, interior, and features we wanted even though they had to get it from another dealership. We really appreciate all of the time and effort that Nick and the people at Kunes put into getting us a car that we are happy with.

In for just oil and filter change, was disappointed to learn that you no longer do state emission testing.

Out the door, my oil change cost $187.13 which is very expensive. The parts were $129.50 and then another $47.20 for labor. Guess this means you really want to make a large profit on routine maintenance and encourage your customers to find alternative places that are more reasonable. On top of paying this high cost, I never received a completed Vehicle Inspection report.

The staff was extremely friendly and were able to fix my A/C before the heat wave hits later this week.
